Today I start the next chapter in my work to cut body fat. Today I start a intermittent fasting protocol.
For anyone that does not know, intermittent fasting is when you only eat for a set about of time and the rest of the day you do not eat. Normally they call the the time you eat your "Feeding Window" and the rest of the day is fasting. For me it works better for a majik/mental standpoint to call it Fast&Feast.
There a number of intermittent fasting protocols out there based on the Fast&Feast times. For me I am going to be using use 20:4, that is for 20 hours of the day I will be fasting and for 4 hours I will be able to feast.
To take it one step further, I plan to use a keto diet for my feast. In the keto diet your main food source are high fat foods so your body starts using fats not sugar for its energy source.
In getting ready for this I have been watching a lot of videos by Thomas DeLauer. He has a lot of info on over at his channel.
