Tesla Workout

My new workout uses the 3,6,9 frequency. It is a 5 day whole body worked with rep periodization based on Tesla's quote.

Day 1 - is test day. all 9 exercises, 3 sets of 9,6,Fall (set 3 being the new high weight trying to get to),42 second rest between set 2 and 3,

Day 2 - all 9 exercises, 3 sets of 3, done super-set style (no rest between sets), low weight,mid weight, high weight

Day 3 - 6 exercises, 3 sets of 6, 42 second rest between sets,low weight,mid weight, high weight

Day 4 - 3 exercises, 3 sets of 9, 93 second rest between sets,low weight,mid weight, high weight

Day 5 - 3 exercises, 3 sets of 3,6,9,super-set style (no rest between sets),low weight,mid weight, high weight
